ProFume – a novelty on the fumigation market!
ProFume is a new solution for a precise fumigation! It is an alternative to methyl bromide which is illicit in Poland and to partially prohibited phosphine. Currently, sulfuryl fluoride fumigation is required for exporting high risk goods to Australia and timber exports to China.

ProFume preparation has been classified as a plant protection product, its active substance is sulfuryl fluoride. Why is sulfuryl fluoride fumigation the most precise? The fumigation monitoring allows for its optimization in every second of the process. The Fumiguide program utilized in the monitoring, adjusts the fumigation parameters considering the target pests, required exposure time and temperature. In that, process time and substance losses are reduced to a minimum. After the completion of the process, the Fumiguide program prepares detailed reports and charts in order to document efficiency of the performed fumigation.

The Carsekt company, as one of the first in Poland, has undergone technical training, taken part in workshops organised in cooperation with the preparation manufacturer, Douglas Products from the United States, and purchased specialist, professional equipment for the use of ProFume products. All of this, enabled us to aquire eligibility to perform fumigation using sulfuryl fluoride. We provide precise fumigation in the highest standard.
Carsekt is one of the Polish offshore treatment providers conducting BMSB Sulfuryl Fluoride fumigation, as well as Heat Treatment when necessary, for goods entering Australia and New Zealand in season 01.09.2023-30.04.2024.
